Guest Housing
Overnight Accommodations
Our brand new 300 bed residence opened its doors to students on August 26, 2004. The residence hall showcases breath-taking views of the Long Island Sound and offers the opportunity to relax in any one of the centrally located lounge areas. The residence hall also features central air conditioning, suite style living, and new furnishings. Pictured below is one of the residence hall rooms and lounges. Our campus offers a total of 1100 rooms - all are available for summer rentals for conferences and large or small group stays, or individual stays, on campus.

Following graduation ceremonies and students moving out of residence, the Office of Conference & Auxiliary Services takes over much of the campus to host our summer clientele. Depending on construction and renovation, our residence halls open up to house our sports camps and professional groups. Professional conferences are provided with the option of several amenities such as: Telephone & fax capabilities, office space, linen services, registration and host services.

Constantly being improved and updated, Maritime’s residence halls are primarily vacant during the summer months. At that time, we are able to rent them out for summer camps and professional conferences. Most rooms are "your basic college dorm" while others are "hotel style" suites. Many have community baths, but the suites have their own bathrooms shared between three to four bedrooms.
