Noon Report
Latitude: XX-XX.X'N
Longitude: XXX-XX.X'E

No Course and Speed since we were anchored today.

A Message from Garcia :

As part of our drills and training we practice the lowering of the open and enclosed lifeboats into the water with the cadets. Once in the water the first class cadets steer the lifeboats around the ship for some small boat handling skills.

Third Mate Newhouse watching Cadets Auer 1/C and Grulke 1/C as the prepare to lower the lifeboat.

The lifeboat appears to be full, but if it was filled to capacity it would have approximately ten times the amount of people in it.

The cadets as they are ready to board the enclosed lifeboat for the drill.

Cadets inside the enclosed lifeboat.

Cadet Grulke 1/C gets instruction from Mate Rogin as he prepares to lower the lifeboat.

The TSES from the water as the lifeboats are being lowered and steering around the ship.

Mates Ducey and Mate Palmiotti wave as the lifeboats circle around the ship.

1st A/E McCaney, 3rd A/E Pusatere, 3rd A/E Grupp, 2nd A/E Valvo watch the lifeboats.

Some of the officers as the raise the rast rescue boat.

1/C Cadets picking up the "man over board" with Third Mate Newhouse and Admiral Craine.

1/C Cadets K. Wood, Gunther, Lee and Natuch ready to get in the fast rescue boat for a drill.

Wood 1/C is excited to be back after retrieving the "man over board".

The TSES at anchor awaiting the return of all the lifeboats and ready to head to Liverpool.

We take departure after retrieving all our lifeboats and steam towards liverpool for another exciting day aboard the T.S. Empire State VI. We should be reaching liverpool within 5days time heading through the Straits of Gibraltar and along the coast of Portugal.
