Welcome to Tallinn!
The Dr.'s notes
At 0545, those training to be squad leaders and indoc officers are out on the pier for PT (physical training). These sessions have been held in each port, and there will be a PRT (physical readiness test) while in Denmark. This morning we did a short warm-up run followed by a series of stretches, some floor exercises (push-ups, ab exercises, etc.), a sprint and a cadence run. Great way to start the day!
