National Survey of Student Engagement (NSSE)
The National Survey of Student Engagement (NSSE) is designed to obtain, on an annual basis, information from colleges and universities nationwide about student participation in programs and activities that institutions provide for their learning and personal development. The results provide an estimate of how undergraduates spend their time and what they gain from attending college. Survey items on The National Survey of Student Engagement represent empirically confirmed "good practices" in undergraduate education. That is, they reflect behaviors by students and institutions that are associated with desired outcomes of college.

Alumni Survey
Since 1997, the College has systematically surveyed its alumni. Every three years, alumni who graduated one to four years prior are surveyed for their evaluation of their overall academic experiences, preparation for first post-graduate experience, preparation for career, and evaluation of college life experiences. The survey also collects data on current career, licensure, professional examinations, and graduate school. Executive summaries are disseminated to faculty and other stakeholders. A survey of the undergraduate classes of 2008 through 2010 was administered during the Fall of 2011.
