Undergraduate Senior Exit Survey
Undergraduate Senior Exit Survey at the time the student is completing the Final Clearance form before graduation. The purpose of the survey is to improve both the overall quality of education provided by the College and the total Maritime College experience. It also provides information to the College about your career plans.
At the end of the survey, you will be directed to a receipt page that is to be printed out using your browser window. Please do not start this survey unless you can print out your receipt to submit to the Registrar with your Degree Clearance form.
