WE NO LONGER ACCEPT PHONE PAYMENTS
- MasterCard & Visa credit card authorization forms have to be faxed to 718-409-7299 or emailed to studentaccounts@sunymaritime.edu.
- Cash payments can be made directly to the Student Accounts Office. (Baylis Hall, M-F, 8:30-4:00)
- Checks and money orders with the student ID# should be sent to the lockbox address at:

FACTS/nelnet (Payment Plan)
***FACTS/nelnet Payment Plan can not be used for either Summer Sea Term (SST) or Summer Ashore semesters. ***
- Parents/Students may enroll in the payment plan through the e-cashier link on the website.
- Payment plan may be set up through FACTS/nelnet. The payment plan is designed to give you the parents or students flexibility in meeting their financial obligation to the College.
- FACTS/nelnet accepts Amex, Discover, MasterCard & Visa credit/debit cards and automatic bank payments.
- Payments are processed by FACTS/nelnet according to the payment method that is chosen.
- To make any changes to the agreement after it is setup, you must contact the Student Accounts Office. Your payment balance will not automatically be adjusted if financial aid is received or a class is dropped or added or your account is adjusted in any way. Please review your account & contact us at studentaccounts@sunymaritime.edu to inform us of any changes to be made.
- All changes must be made 10 calendar days prior to the upcoming scheduled payment date.
- If you choose to pay in full immediately, no changes can be made to this agreement after it has been submitted.
- Fees for the use of FACT payment plan are as follows:
§ There is a nonrefundable enrollment fee of $25 per semester to make payment arrangements through FACTS, but there is no interest charged.
§ Free for Full Payment Option (Payment Processed Immediately)
§ A $25 dollar returned payment fee will be assessed if the automatic payment is returned.
§ All monthly payment(s) will be processed on the 5th of the month.
FALL 2010 e-Cashier is available for enrollment starting JULY 1, 2010 TO SEPTEMBER 3, 2010.

Pay in Full Payment in full will be processed
immediately
Note, although the FACTS/nelnet payment plan is available for enrollment till SEPTEMBER 3, 2010, the payment due date is for Freshman's due date AUGUST 8,2010.
Returning students due date is AUGUST 13, 2010.
