Hours and General Information

Our students' needs are treated with respect, integrity and compassion, and treatment and information is kept confidential. 

The Office of Health Services is open from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday and from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday. Mental health counseling is available from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Information for incoming students is available here. Health services is located in Riesenberg Gym. Referrals are available.

Eligibility and Cost 

Health services is a primary care facility available to all students. All services are covered by the student health fee, so no payment or health insurance is required when receiving services.

Confidentiality

Our staff maintains confidentiality of all private communications in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996.

In accordance with HIPPA mandates, we are not allowed to release information to anyone including a student's immediate family without prior approval. In addition, if you need your health records sent to another facility, you first need to sign a release form. Information is released only with your written permission, except as required by law or in a life-threatening situation.
