March 23, 2012 Change of status/upgrade/Day Student applications due to Regiment.
Resident Advisor Applications Due to Housing. **Any application received after March 23rd may not be considered.

March 26 to March 30 Current student applications accepted for Summer 2012 and Fall 2012 Housing (Applications must include A $250 Deposit). Any application received after March 30th will be placed on a housing waitlist.

April 23 to April 28
Check-outs all week for students NOT going on cruise/NOT graduating

April 28, 2012 All students NOT going on cruise or NOT graduating - last day to check-out of Housing 7am - 12pm. **All international/out of state students are encouraged to make other arrangements if they cannot make a flight at the time of check-out.

May 4, 2012 Housing deposit forfeited for Summer Session 1

May 6, 2012 All students GOING on cruise/GRADUATING must check-out no later than 5:00 p.m. All dormitories will be secured.

Only athletic groups approved by Housing may remain in the Residence Halls. Special accommodations will be arranged. Those students will be consolidated to one area.

May 14, 2012 Summer Ashore 1 check-in (Students including Resident Advisors) check-in 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

June 1, 2012 Deadline for NEW Student Housing Application and Deposit for Fall 2012 Housing

June 29, 2012
Housing Deposit Forfeited for Summer Session 2

July 9, 2012 Summer Ashore 2 check-in (Students including Resident Advisors) check-in 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

August 1, 2012 Housing Deposit Forfeited for Fall 2012

August 9, 2012 Regimental Squad Leader/IDO check-In 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

August 12, 2012 Regimental Indoctrination Starts (Mugs) check-In 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

August 13, 2012 Fall Building Manager and Resident Advisor check-in 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

August 21, 2012 Regimental (Mugs and IDO/SQL) move off ship and into dormitories

August 25, 2012 Regimental Indoctrination Ends (Mugs)

August 27, 2012 Fall Check-in (All Students) will be held in the GYM
4th Class/Freshman:              9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
3rd Class/Sophomores:        10:00 am – 12:00 p.m.
2nd Class/Juniors:                 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
1st Class/Seniors:                 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Day students/Grad Students   9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

**Students who arrive AFTER 5:00 p.m. will have to make arrangements to stay off campus until the next available day to check-in properly.

**All international students are encouraged to make other arrangements if they arrive to the U.S. prior to check-in.
