Arrival in the United States
Welcome to SUNY Maritime College!
We are excited to have you join the Maritime College community and look forward to your arrival.
The Office of Student Housing and Residential Life has scheduled check-in for the following date:
Monday, January 9, 2011
Check-in will be held in the Special Events Room on campus for all new students. Returning students who have paid their student account balance in full and is cleared with the Student Accounts Office before arrival, will be eligible to check-in within their current dorm buildings.
For any questions about housing check-in please contact The Office of Student Housing and Residential Life at studenthousing@sunymaritime.edu.
SUNY Maritime College will not be able to provide housing accommodations prior to the check-in date. If you plan to arrive before the scheduled check-in date, you must make arrangments to stay elsewhere until check-in has begun. If you intend to arrive after the specificied check-in date please contact Ms.Devon Switzer without delay at dswitzer@sunymaritime.edu or (718) 409-7356.
International Student Check-In
All new international students are required to attend International Student Orientation.
International Student Orientation location and time is TBA (To Be Announced).
Please bring the following items with you to orientation:
- Form I-20
- Passport
- Visa
- I-94
The International Student Office is open 9AM - 5PM Monday - Friday if you have any questions.
