Program Extension
If your program completion date is steadily approaching, and you are concerned with completing your graduation requirements on time, inform the international student advisor. You will need to complete the required Program Extension form with your academic advisor, and return it to the International Student Office. Once you have returned the form to the International Student Office with the proper approvals, and it has been reviewed by the international student advisor, your request will be entered onto your SEVIS record.
It is important that you request the extension prior to the program end date. The request cannot be processed once the program date has passed.
