Reporting Requirements
During your OPT employment period, you are required to keep International Student Services informed of your status. You must report to the international student advisor any change of employment (this includes employer’s name and address, and any periods of unemployment). You must also report any name change or change of address (within 10 days), to keep your record current and to maintain your F-1 visa status.
