The Annual Appeal for SUNY Maritime College will serve as the primary annual fundraising source for the College. Our fund is designed to accept contributions each fiscal year from July 1st through June 30th.
The purpose of The Sallyport Fund is to raise unrestricted funds for tuition and operational assistance, athletic and extra-curricular activities, faculty and staff enhancements, educational programs, and meet the mission and philosophy of SUNY Maritime College.
The Sallyport Fund will serve as the foundation for all future fundraising for SUNY Maritime College. It will establish a base of donors that can serve as an effective device to involve, inform and bond alumni, administrators, parents, faculty, and friends.
The success of The Sallyport Fund will afford the College the ability to look to bigger and better things. The Sallyport Fund will provide a steady flow of annual income over and above the funds received from tuition and the State. The Sallyport Fund will become the cornerstone and key to success for fundraising at Maritime College.
