Remembering the world's most famous naval battle, October 21, 1805. This exhibit celebrates the 200th anniversary of the famous Battle of Trafalgar, in which Admiral Horatio Nelson and the Royal Navy defeated combined fleets of Spain and France, establishing British naval supremacy during the next century. The exhibit highlights the library’s newest books on the subject, and offers links to more information on the battle and anniversary events around the world. Click here to view this exhibit online. |

The Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941 was one of the great defining moments in American and world history. This attack abruptly brought America into World War II as a full combatant. The Pearl Harbor exhibit showcases books and photographs displayed in two cases located on the first floor, bay four of the library. Click here to enter online exhibit
