Water Aerobics

WATER AEROBICS Aerobics is one of the healthiest ways to slim down and tone up, and in the water it’s a lot more fun! Water exercise can also improve strength and flexibility by using the water’s resistance, leading to better muscular endurance and balance. Water aerobics also improves cardiovascular conditioning.

Riesenberg Gymnasium Pool

Meets:

Mondays, 6:45 - 7:30 p.m.

February 5, 12, 26

March 5, 12 

Cost:

$100 for 8-week session

Maritime faculty, staff and students receive a 33 percent discount.
