SUNY Maritime College is updating its strategic plan, which will set the course for the college during the next five to 10-year period.
A committee of faculty, staff and students, chaired by Rear Adm. Alfultis, has been appointed to lead the process. They met for the first time Oct. 20.
The college is committed to an open and inclusive conversation around the plan. The committee will seek input from the college community and external stakeholders, including alumni and industry leaders. The planning process is expected to take about a year.
