Steps to Enroll

  • Submit your Intent to Enroll Form by the date listed on your acceptance letter.

  • Complete and submit your FAFSA (School Code 002853)

  • Log into your Maritime email account upon receipt of your Intent to Enroll Form

    • Your username will be your first name, the first three letters of your last name, followed by a period and your incoming year. So if your name is Michelle Smith and you first enrolled in 2017, your username will be michellesmi.17@sunymaritime.edu

    • Your password will be the first initial of your first name, the first initial of your last name (both capitalized), followed by a dash, and the last five digits of your Maritime College ID. If Michelle Smith's ID is M00065789, her password would be MS-65789.

  • Log into Maritime Self-Service. The first time you sign in, your PIN will be your date of birth in MMDDYY format. This is where you can:

    • Register for classes. All graduate students must take Orientation for Graduate Studies their first semester - MGT 6001 or MNST 6001.

    • Accept your financial aid package

    • Look up your course schedule.

  • Review degree curricula and course descriptions

  • RSVP for Orientation

  • Submit health forms

  • Submit housing application

    • If you are a regimental student and do not plan to live on campus, complete the Day Student Application and submit it to the Regimental Office. 

  • Sign up to receive notification of e-bills with QuikPay authorization

Deadlines

  • January 3 - Submit your official college transcripts to Admissions

  • December 23 - Pay your bill 

  • January 8 - Attend orientation and the first day of classes
