Intent to Enroll

To reserve your spot in the spring 2018 class, return your $100 deposit along with your Statement of Intention form by December 15.

Steps to Enroll

  • Submit your $100 deposit along with your Statement of Intention Form

  • Complete and submit your FAFSA (fafsa.gov – school code 002853)

    • If you have already completed a 2017-2018 FAFSA update by adding SUNY Maritime’s school code

  • Accept financial aid through Maritime Self Service

  • Access "My Maritime" Email upon receipt of your deposit and Statement of Intention

    • *The first time you sign onto Maritime Self-Service, your PIN will be your date of birth in MMDDYY format.

  • Register for classes:

    • You will be contacted by the Academic Dean who will guide through the advising and registration process

  • Complete the online housing application (on a space available basis)

  • Accept financial aid through Maritime Self Service

  • Sign up to receive notification of e-bills with QuikPay authorization

  • Accept/waive billed health insurance. 

  • Pay your bill by December 23 – Student Accounts Credit Card Authorization Form

  • Submit Health Forms

  • Submit official final high school and/or college transcripts to the Office of Admissions by January 3

  • January 8 - First day of classes
