Beginner Yoga Class is CLOSED as of 9/6/17
Highly therapeutic, yoga trains the mind to remain alert, focused, and composed while simultaneously relieving stress. This class is designed to bring the body and mind into balance by introducing beginners to the basic form of yoga movement and breath exercise. It will take you on a journey through traditional poses and focus on the Hatha practice. This class is open to all levels, but is geared for beginners.
