The Office of Student Accounts is responsible for the billing of student accounts, collection of funds, and disbursement of refund checks.  Our office staff is dedicated to helping you meet your personal financial responsibilities to Maritime by providing courteous service and several payment options.  Please stop by, call, or email us any time with your questions

 


****2017 SPRING BILLS WILL BE GENERATED BEGINNING NOVEMBER 22, 2016  ****

SPRING BILLS WILL BE DUE DECEMBER 23,  2016

An Admistrative Fee will be assessed on all accounts not paid in full on December 27, 2016

If you are moving on campus before January 8th, your bill is due at least two days prior to your scheduled check-in date.

Please check your bill carefully and advise our office in writing of any discrepancies.

LATE FEES WILL BE ASSESSED ON ALL OUTSTANDING ACCOUNTS ON THE 21st of January, February, March and April.

ALL FALL BILLS ARE DUE!

If you are moving on campus before August 15th, your bill is due at least two days prior to your scheduled check-in date.

Please log into QuikPay and view your current status for your most recent statement.  

 Only Authorized Aid is used in calculating your current balance. 

Please note, New York State financial aid awards, including, but not limited to TAP, World Trade Center Scholarships, Veteran Tuition Awards and NY scholarships, may be authorized at an estimated amount.  The estimate is subject to change based on income verification or certification of all data.  Adjustments may result in a balance due.

    We advise you to monitor and review your financial aid information and your student account

for any adjustments and activity.

Remember Student Accounts Office no longer mails bills or statements.  All bills are available through QuikPay.


 

 

 

 

 


To calculate your amount due, please deduct the amount of the "QuikPAY Payment Plan from the Current Balance.

When Scholarships are posted, they will automatically be subtracted from your bill.

The ONLY WAY you will see this is on QUIKPAY.
