Raymond Feliciano Selected as SUNY Hispanic Leadership Institute Fellow

Raymond Feliciano, Associate Director of Student Accounts at Maritime College, has been selected as a Fellow for the State University of New York's Hispanic Leadership Institute (HLI), Cohort 2026. This distinction recognizes emerging leaders across the SUNY system who demonstrate a strong commitment to inclusive leadership and have a significant impact on their institutions.

The Hispanic Leadership Institute supports leadership development through reflection, collaboration, and real-time application, connecting fellows with peers across SUNY while strengthening the skills needed to lead effectively on campus and beyond.

In his recommendation, President Okon praised Feliciano's leadership and dedication to students, stating, "Ray is an empathetic, student-centered leader whose work embodies our institutional motto: 'Students First, Maritime Always.'"
