Maritime College will celebrate and recognize its graduates at its annual commencement ceremony in May 2024. The multi-day event includes a senior toast, the annual student excellence awards ceremony, and dinner (Provost Office will contact recipients), and concludes with the commencement ceremony on Friday, May 24, 2024. 

Commencement will take place on Friday, May 24, 2024.

Following is the schedule of events. Please note that students who plan to attend Thursday activities and/or Commencement must RSVP to Ms. Pat Norman at pnorman@sunymaritime.edu

THURSDAY, MAY 23

4:00 PM: Senior Toast (Quarters 1) 6:30 PM: Student Excellence Awards Dinner (by invitation only)

FRIDAY, MAY 24

8:00 AM: NROTC Commissioning Ceremony immediately followed by Veteran's Recognition Ceremony

9:15 AM: Doors Open for Commencement

10:00 AM: Commencement (St. Mary's Pentagon)

Each graduate will be allowed 4 guests.
