
Chris' experience with counter terrorism and hazardous material and now port security has been transacted with my military experience. He is a member of the New York Naval Militia and US Marines (Ret) where the program has now expanded through homeland security and other agencies, below is brief of my experiences.
He first began in the Marine Corp with Marine Air Group 49 Det B/ Marine Air Logistic Squadron 49 as a Hazardous Material Manager and certified instructor for Hazardous Communication Hazwoper instructor in Hazardous Materials Communications classes and assisted the hazardous material manager in their duties in hazardous material program. He also assisted in setting up the first Anti Force Protection program for the Marine Group 49 Det B and developed the Weapons of Mass Destruction and Counter Terrorism program.
In the past, he was with Division of Military and Naval Affairs New York State, New York Naval Militia- Attached to the Southern Region of the New York Naval Militia, Operations Chief, continuing in WMD and Counter Terrorism and now Port Security under homeland security. He also worked with the Commissioner of Pilots of the Port of New York and New Jersey in dealing with port security matters and developing an evacuation plan procuring Maritime assets throughout the greater New York and New England area in the event of and other 911 and turn the plan over to the U.S. Coast Guard which is presently being used with the Naval Militia. In the past, my training in the Emergency Boat Service for the Naval Militia patrolling and protecting the Nuclear Plant.
His counter terrorism training is in Incident response to Terrorism Bombing Awareness and Prevention and Response to Suicide Bombing Incidents Course given by Mexico Tech and Counter Terrorism – The Suicide Bomber given by Defender Training & Consulting (Israeli); Incident Response to Terrorist Bombing Awareness Training Course and Prevention and Response to Suicide Bombing Incidents (PRSB). He has given presentations on Business Protection against Terrorism and The Effects Of at a symposium sponsored by the Marine Corps Reserve Association, Preventing A Terrorist Attack: Pro Active Approach and assisted Maj Richard Hugbank, Military Police, Anti-Force Protection Officer, West Point Military Academy, West Point NY, in gathering material to publish a seven series articles for US Cavalry online service dealing with military, law enforcement and homeland security, titled Policing the Streets Combating Terrorisms.

My professional experiences working in academia in exercise science and information technology in conjunction working the FBI Infragard in cyber and computer security lecturing or informational meeting to bring forward the latest in computer security now expanded my role in Electronic Magnetic Pulse team for the infragard setting the outcome of the pulse and how to deal with the experiences. I assisted in the development of a tabletop exercise for industry, law enforcement, emergency services how to handle and what to and prevent in an Electronic Pulse experience. I have attended many conferences and workshops on such topics.
