Pay Your Bill
Students may view and pay their bills online themselves or authorize someone - usually a parent or other family member - to pay for them.
Students: Access your Student Account and make a payment on your bill by:
- Log in to Self Service
- Click on "Student"
- Click on "Student Account"
- Click on "TouchNet Payment - Make a Payment"
Instructions on how to understand your bill is available here.
Set Up an Authorized User
Students can designate an authorized user (parent, relative, guardian, employer, etc.), who can view their account and make payments on their behalf via a portal called TouchNet. If a student designates an authorized user, the user will receive emails notifying him or her that new invoices are available for viewing.
To set up an authorized user:
- Log in to Self Service
- Click on "Student"
- Click on "Student Account"
- Click on "TouchNet Payment – Make a Payment"
- Once inside of the TouchNet portal click on "Authorized Users" on the right-hand side menu
- Click on the tab labeled "Add Authorized User"
- Input the email address of your authorized user and select their level of access
Your Authorized User will then be sent an email with temporary login credentials. Using these credentials, the user will complete the registration and have access to the student account.
Video instructions on how to add authorized users is available here.
Ways to Pay
ELECTRONIC PAYMENT
Students can pay their balance in full via Self-Service.
Authorized users can make payment(s) via the TouchNet portal.
Credit cards or debit cards are accepted forms of payment. Payment is posted in real time.
PAYMENT PLAN
You must sign up for the payment plan each semester. Plans will not roll from semester to semester.
Your account balance will be divided into monthly installment payments for the term. Credit cards or debit cards may be used. There is no interest or additional charge when using a credit card.
Plan Payments for the Fall will post on the 1st of the month.
Payment plans are subject to recalculation if any changes are made to your student account. For example. if you lose a financial aid award and/or an additional charge is placed on your account, your future payments will automatically be adjusted to include the increased balance. The same holds true for the opposite - that is, if your financial aid awards are increased or there has been a reduction of charges, your future payment plan amounts will reduce accordingly.
To Enroll:
- Student log into Self-Service; Authorized User log into TouchNet
- Select "Payment Plans"
- A step-by-step guide on enrolling in a payment plan is available here.
Cost to Participate:
- $30 enrollment fee per semester
- $30 fee if a payment is returned
