2026 John Swaine Alumni Lacrosse Game

The Maritime College men's lacrosse team continues its tradition of honoring John Swaine, a former player who lost his life on September 11 while working at Cantor Fitzgerald. Each year, a player is selected to wear jersey #99, recognizing the individual who best reflects John’s leadership, character, and commitment to the team.

We are proud to recognize and honor the memory of Coach John Rainis (seasons 1992 and 1993) as this year's honoree, nominated by former players for his lasting impact both on and off the field.

Alumni and friends are invited to return to campus to play, reconnect, and support the program. A tailgate will follow the game.
