THROGGS NECK, NY – From September 24 to 25, Maritime College welcomed students and faculty from National Taiwan Ocean University (NTOU) as part of Taiwan's Ministry of Education "Youth Overseas Dream Fund Program."

The visiting delegation consisted of students and faculty members who engaged in the program "The Current and Future of Maritime Management and Smart Logistics." They explored key topics such as maritime management, shipping, logistics development, and the future of the maritime industry.

During their visit, our guests:

  • Toured our Maritime Industry Museum
  • Gained hands-on experience aboard our 41' sailing vessels
  • Attended lectures from our Global Business and Trade faculty

These visits highlight the global nature of the maritime industry and the importance of cross-border collaboration in shaping the next generation of maritime leaders.
